Painting and children have always gone hand in hand for Roxane Murphy Smith. She began painting over 20 years ago when her 4 children were babies. Diaper pins, baby bottles, and "anything baby" was a candidate for hand painting. As her children grew, so did Roxane's art.

For the last 15 years Roxane has primarily been a muralist, painting throughout the U.S. and abroad, as well as illustrating five children's books. "The thing I love the most about painting is being around children and seeing how they react to art. I think children are naturally imaginative and drawn to creativity, color and art. I feel blessed to be able to make them happy by being able to surround them with my art."

Murphy Smith Designs is the natural progression in a lifetime of raising and loving children.
